Really Cheap iPod

posted in iPod, by BindApple

Even if most people associate Apple products with a very spicy price, in reality, things are really very different. From Apple laptop and even to the iPod, prices have dropped considerably on older models since newer models are constantly appearing on the market. In fact, we can give you an example of a really cheap iPod that comes with a price of $48.79 on the Amazon website.

Well, if you are indeed looking to save some money and want a basic mp3 player which is not very fancy and does not come with top of the line features, the really cheap iPod is the Apple iPod Shuffle with 1 GB of internal storage memory. The ladies will be happy to know that even if this gadget is a really cheap iPod it comes in a beautiful pink color. Compared to the newer iPod models, this one has no display and it is very basic and quite pleasant looking. The dimensions of this player are 1.6 x 1 x 0.4 inches and 0.6 ounces in weight, making it super small and easy to fit into any pocket. The wide variety of colors which is available is going to make a lot of users happy. It features a belt clip located on the back side of the player and even if there were users which have complained about the durability of this clip, it seemed fine to us during our testing.

The lack of display is annoying if you were used to an mp3 player which had a display as it is a whole lot easier to browse through all the songs stored inside the player. On the front side of the player, you will notice the five way control pad and the play and pause button placed right in the middle. On the bottom side of the player you will notice 2 switches: one if for turning the player on and off and the other one is for toggling between the shuffle and the repeat mode. On the top side of this device you can see the USB port plus the headphones jack.

When you want to charge this really cheap iPod you must use the included cradle. Speaking of included things, this player also comes with a pair of earbuds. The music file formats supported by this player are MP3, AIFF, WAV, AAC and Audible files. Battery life is one of the key factors of a portable mp3 player and the iPod makes no exception. I am sure that you all know the iPods are very well knows for providing the users with long battery life than can last even more than a whole day on continuous audio playback. Since we are dealing with a really cheap iPod here, the situation is just a bit different. The difference is big, but since the player is able to stay on for 15 hours of continuous audio playback, I still find it enough to enjoy the company of this mp3 player even on a very long trip.
