Even though a Verizon iPhone is something Apple fans and users will enjoy, it seems that it won't be the case with the iPhone 5. The Wall treet Journal told us that a Verizon iPhone was almost ready back in October, but never made it. And since Apple shares most of its secrets with WJS (the Wall Street Journal), fans took that pretty serious.
The Wall Street Journal had something to say regarding forms as well . Here is a quote from WSJ: "Separately, Apple is also developing a new iPhone model, said people briefed on the phone. One person familiar said the fifth-generation iPhone would be a different form factor than those that are currently available… it was unclear how soon that version would be available to Verizon or other carriers.

According to the Chinese Economic Daily News (via Apple Insider), the only hardware change would the replacement of the existing infineon chipset with a qualcom one. Other than that, it seems that Apple will use for making the iPhone 5G all of the suppliers that were used for the manufacture of iPhone 4. Even though the iPhone 5 will not be totally different from the iPhone 4, fans still expect some improvements to be made, especially regarding hardware. So, in their opinion, it would be nice if Apple throws in some extra memory, a faster processor, and more storage for their new iOS device. Regarding the Verizon iPhone, and insider claims he handled Verizon iPhone prototypes, so if that's true, and Apple IS releasing a Verizon iPhone, hardware may be a bit different, so it can use Verizon's wireless network.

It is way too early to be talking about specs or configurations, because in this regard, everything is possible, from more memory and a faster processor, to a larger screen and different alloy composing the case. The Apple iPhone brand is already known for being more things at once, like a phone, a music player, a video player, a video recorder, or an internet platform, so, why not a wallet? That's right, it seems that Apple is looking into NFC (Near Field Communications) technology, so they can turn the iPhone 5 into a credit/debit card as well. This may not be imminent, as Apple has looked into NFC before.
