New US Apple Stores!

Here's a very simple question: what do you know about the Apple Store chain? If you haven't updated your information in the last few months, then I must tell you some numbers have changed. Anyway, I don't see any reason to know precisely how many stores Apple has, but here's the list - last month, the Apple Store chain had a total of 230 locations open, as it follows - 197 in 39 US states, 16 in the UK (15 in England, including the largest Apple Store worldwide, the Regent Street one in London, and one in Scotland), seven in Japan and Canada, three in Australia, and one in Italy and China, where a second Beijing store is expected to open next year. These being said, you can also add three more stores to the US Apple Store network...

...since Apple is ready to celebrate the opening of its latest retail stores in Ohio, Maine, and New Jersey on Saturday, September the 13th, at 10AM. That should make it clear they are not superstitious, right? Good, so if Apple is not superstitious, why should we care about that "13," especially since we're talking about more than just opening new stores, as we're going to see right away!

As a very useful way to celebrate, Apple has chosen to offer a free Apple Store T-shirt to the first 1,000 people to visit the new stores, as well as a week full of unique and educational presentations, demonstrations and workshops - all for free, of course!

I know all the above sounds very exciting, and I would do all that's possible to reach one of the locations below...only that I am located on another continent, for now, so I'll pass.

Apple Store Crocker Park
25 Main Street
Westlake, OH 44145

Apple Store Maine Mall
364 Maine Mall Road
South Portland, ME 0410

Apple Store Willowbrook Mall
1400 Willowbrook Mall
Wayne, NJ 07470

If you're one of the lucky ones near one of these locations, or you're going to pass through the area tomorrow...be sure not to miss the opening! If you don't like the Apple Store T-shirts, feel free to send it to me, I won't mind at all!
