If someone would have told me a few years ago that I'll soon be able to create panoramic images right on my mobile phone, that would surely have been the start of a good laugh. Even better, the price of most iPhone apps make them more interesting than their counterparts aimed at the desktop operating systems.
OK, so I was going to tell you about ColorSplash... Priced at only $1.99, ColorSplash is a program made by Hendrik Kueck, a computer scientist based in Vancouver, B.C. who contributed to Adobe Lightroom 2.0, so there's no room for "what if this app doesn't work as supposed."
With the iPhone ColorSplash, you can easily take a color image from your camera roll, and desaturate it selectively, but it's much more than just that. You can also zoom using the finger controls, and then paint color selectively, using your finger as paintbrush, of course!
I guess I should add something, but I really can't find anything interesting to say, because ColorSplash simply left me without words. Just give it a try and you'll understand...
