Similarly AppleInsider and Engadget concluded that it "may well be Apple's best MacBook to date" and "these are terrific choices—not only from an industrial design standpoint, but in specs as well" respectively, while also drawing attention to a lower quality display as compared with the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.
Other authorized reviewers reached to the same conclusion about its display and some others cited that "The absence of FireWire ports is certainly an inconvenience for some users. But it shouldn’t be considered a deal-breaker for most of us, anyway."

If you have HDMI, you can get one of these, and there is a DVI-HDMI cable out there somewhere
HDMI is the most expensive, but will give you a better picture.
Also, if you want to connect your MacBook wireless to the HDTV in the living room, the best way to do so is by purchasing an Apple TV or Airport Express; the images and sounds will show in a high definition quality and it is the best way to enjoy your home cinema experience from the comfort of your sofa.
