Cheap iMac Computers

The iMac is a range of computers produced by the Apple company and they were released in 1998. since then there were 5 different versions of the iMac, all with different shapes, sizes and technical details. It is known that the Apple computers and laptops are usually very expensive, and especially the new models. So in case you’re budget is not so big and you are looking for some cheap iMac computers, then you should choose some older models. They might not be as powerful as the new ones, but at least they are much cheaper.

So for today we’ll discuss more about one of the new versions of the iMac , and we are going to choose the Apple ® - iMac ® / Intel ® Core ™ i3 Processor / 21.5 " Display / 4 GB Memory / 500 GB Hard Drive, Model: MC 508 LL/A . this model has a price of 1,200 dollars which of course is quite a lot for most of the people. But this is actually the cheapest iMac computer from the new models and also the one with the smallest display screen.



And it comes with a 21.5 " LED backlit TFT LCD widescreen display with up to 1920 x 1080 resolution which features a wide 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles and a brightness of  330 cd/m². it comes with a new and good processor, the Intel ® Core ™ i3 processor which features a 3.06 GHz processor speed. Its RAM memory is also good, offering a big multitasking power and it has 4 GB of DDR 3 SDRAM. It has a good optical drive too – the slot loading multiformat DVD ± RW / CD - RW Super Drive with double layer support which can record up to 8.5 GB of data or 4 hours of video using compatible DVD + R DL and DVD - R DL media.

Its hard drive offers plenty of space for most of the users, and it has a big capacity of 500 GB. This computer can even be used for playing video games, and it has a good video card. This is the ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics which features 256 MB GDDR 3 SDRAM for impressive images. It also has a Mini  Display Port output, and it supports DVI, VGA and dual link DVI connections.

It has a Fire Wire port of 800 MBps and 4 high speed USB ports. For connectivity it has built in Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR as well as built in high speed AirPort Extreme wireless LAN card (802.11 a / b / g / n) and built in 10 / 100 / 1000 Base-T Gigabit Ethernet LAN with RJ 45 connector. So you can easily access the internet with or without wires, and you can also transfer files through Bluetooth. And finally this computer comes with an installed version of the Mac OS X 10.6 Snow leopard operating system. So you can use right after you get it from the store.
