Best Version Of Vista To Use On MacBook

posted in Apple, MacBooks, software news, by BindApple

Oh. yes we all know - people have recently discovered the power of windows commander on their Apple notebooks. I, myself, have never been too much of a fan of the Mac OS or OS X and always went for the windows version. But since  Macbooks are so good, changing to Mac OS has been an option. Eventually. Still, I rather use the windows version on my iMac also, so this is why I had some troubles finding the best version of windows to run on the macbook.

Ever since Apple company released its Boot Camp software in April 2006 that allowed Intel Mac owners to run Windows versions on their Apple hardware, millions of users worldwide have switched to the more-friendly and easy to use interface of windows. This is why Internet has been floodded lately with questions about what is the best version of windows to run on a Mac. There was the BootCamp-enabled Windows XP installation, the Parallels virtualized version of XP and now there is also the Vista RC1 version. The final version of Vista was due to 2007, and eversince that time, the newest Windows 7 platform had recently appeared in late 2009. After Microsoft officially stated that the Vista was intended only to be a beta version of Windows 7, still, worldwide Macbook users appealed to it as their best viable option in running their laptops.

So, if you are looking for the perfect notebook so your vista will run nice and smoothly, the best one available is, at this point, the MacBook Pro. According to PC World's tests, the best way to enjoy high quality features of the newest Windows Vista is by purchasing the new Apple Macbook Pro, which seems that was specially designed for it. And who am I to question this? Also, some of the reviewers stated:

"The fastest Windows Vista notebook we’ve tested this year is a Mac. Try that again: The fastest Windows Vista notebook we’ve tested this year–or for that matter, ever–is a Mac."

"Since I started using Bootcamp last spring, I’ve been saying that the best Windows machine I’ve ever owned is my Mac, especially now with VMware."

After reading reviews all over the Internet about how Vista can work better on the Mac notebook, I would consider buying it in the future, even though I don't have too much experience with running Mac PCs. Born in Europe, all of my computers purchased by now have been using Windows, so it is hard now to quit up everything I was used to and start all over again with Apple interface. But since so many buyers have declared themselves fully satisfied with the Vista performances on their MacBooks, on a second thought, I might just turn to Macs one of these days.
