Still looking for the iPhone 3G, despite all its problems? From the user feedback I have seen so far, it seems the Devil isn't black unless you paint it, in this case. Obviously, the iPhone 3G is not perfect, but a lot of its users' problems are coming from the quality of the service in the area they're living, as well as insufficient attention to details. I've been there, I know it can happen to anyone - first, you start using the thing, then you start reading the manual in a certain day when you have nothing better to do, and you go "Wow! Can it do that?" a few times, until you realize how ignorant were you to skip reading that manual... Anyway, this is not about iPhone 3G problems, because if you don't have one yet, you can't have any problems, so here's some interesting news for you: Best Buy will start selling the iPhone 3G, too!

For now, this is still a rumor, but sources familiar with Best Buy Co., Inc. are claiming that the largest specialty retailer of consumer electronics in the United States and Canada is expected to announce its plans to begin selling the iPhone 3G next month. These people familiar with the matter even claim the announce will be made in the next few days, since Best Buy has reached an agreement with Apple to sell the iPhone at no less than 970 Best Buy stores, in addition to 16 Best Buy Mobile specialty outlets. Even more, the start date for all this is expected to be the 7th of September.
Since Best Buy is already selling Apple's complete iPod line, recently joined by the Mac computers in over 600 Best Buy locations, selling the iPhone seems the natural next step. The interesting part is that Best Buy is already selling the Samsung Instinct, one of the toughest iPhone 3G rivals out there, so we'll have a really interesting battle between these two, since Best Buy will be the only location where both devices will be available for hands-on testing by future customers(the Instinct is only sold by Sprint and Best Buy).
These being said, I hardly wait to see the iPhone 3G becoming more accessible to everyone, but the most interesting part will be the fight with Instinct that I just mentioned. It seems that, for the iPhone 3G, things are getting better and hotter at the same time...
