Still, not only the iPod had huge sales eversince its releasing date. Other products such as the line of notebooks were very good received by the public and the latest versions of AirBook with an ultra-slim and fashionable design were appealing also not only to youngsters, but to people of all ages and nationalities. Later on, in 2007, the first version of the smartphone iPhone caused heartbreaks and sighs over the mapamond as well. Figures speak of more than 50 million copies of iPhones sold for all of the released versions, the classic one and the later versions 3G and 3G S.

But as much as people would want to brag about their iPhones, iPods or Airbooks, there is no better product on the market than the last one released, the Apple iPad. In fact, the item was so requested that even waiting lists were made and the product was available for months only for pre-orders. Also, the first pieces of iPads started being shipped to their owners at the beginning of April 2010. The newest tablet released by the Apple is a merge between a notebook and the already known iPhone. In terms of style it is unique, with its highly fashionable design, curvy lines, ultra slim and light characteristics. Also, in terms of technology, the new iPad uses similar technologies as the iPhones, being a full touch-screen tablet. It can be used for super fast web applications, playing games and many more, but it can also function as a very good e-reader, making it indispensable for technology lovers.

In terms of current sales, the iPad can show off with a 300,000 units sold figure in the first day after the official launch in the stores, in United States only. Analysts prognosticate that by the end of 2010 sales will be at around 7- 7.1 million units sold and by the end of 2010 the total sales to be triplated. Not a bad debute for a hybrid.
