3 Days To WWDC

As we speak, there are only 3 days left until the moment WWDC 08 will open its gates to the public, and probably a few hours more until we'll get to see Steve Jobs introducing the 3G iPhone. Anyway, this is not about the upcoming iPhone or any other product we may get to see appearing or being announced at the WWDC, like the Snow Leopard or who-knows-what-else. Since I have seen pictures of the Moscone West popping up already, I thought it would be nice to select some of the best ones for you, especially for those that won't reach the convention center this year, like myself...

I have to excuse myself, because I just lied. I have to tell you a few words about the Snow Leopard, since I mentioned it. If you didn't hear this already, Snow Leopard is the codename of the next Mac OS X release, also expected to be the last one in the 10.x series. What's next? I can't tell...

Apart from the Snow Leopard, you should expect to see the iPhone 2.0 platform arriving together with the 3G iPhone. Obviously, the iPhone 2.0 platform will be more interesting for developers, but users will enjoy the results so, no matter how we put it, WWDC 08 will be a turning point for Apple.

To be honest, I really hope to see some new iPods, or at least a promise regarding this. What makes Apple still sell iPods like crazy is inertia, because they are no longer the best in their field, only the most notorious.
