We all know the importance of not only looking good but also owning nice things. It sounds not only shallow but also sad. Even so, this is the current direction we can find in many of the largest cities on this planet. The reality is definitely different, and includes other significant accomplishes that are more related to the spiritual world than the material word. Probably this current trend is the one that not only pushes people beyond any limit in purchasing expensive nice devices or objects. In one of the past articles I have presented you some of the more-thing accessories collection for your iPhone both 3G and 3GS. This article will reveal you the more-thing leather series.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->
As you could have probably seen, the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS look exactly the same. Therefore, before taking about leather cases, I want to underline an important element. Because of the current resemblance between iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS there is no need for you to exchange your 3G for a 3GS. It is needless to say, that by doing so you are supporting the economic crisis. In these times we need to step back and realize that not everything that is new is different. iPhone 3GS is iPhone 3G, it would be just ludicrous to say contrary. The three different hardware changes are not going to make out of 3GS a new model; no, under any circumstances, because the actual iPhone is now at its 2.5 generation.

The real third iPhone generation is due to summer of 2010. In the last article you probably noticed some really interesting cases for your iPhone. This article contains the last collections for your iPhone. As you can see, you can find a variety of products for you to improve your 3G's look, you really should step aside and not purchase a 3GS. Hopefully, with this crisis more people will understand that we need to look beyond all the surface and try to understand how the life works (not by making constant purchases, just because it has an Apple logo on it).

Therefore, keep your image in society at the same level until the July of 2010 and keep your 3G. If you got bored with it, just accessorize it. The first collection in the leather series is the Terra collection. This is an interesting case providing a full protection with a slip in style and a magnetic closure. This is probably one of the safeties cases I have seen, thanks to the magnetic closure. It is offered in four colors, such as brown, black, purple, and orange. This case is made out of genuine leather.

The package also contains a crystal screen protector. You can purchase a Terra package for $32.90 price tag. If you enjoy vintage stuff then you are going to love the Vintage Plus leather collection. This is a slip in case simple with no other elements offered in two styles in the same brown color, Basic and Noah. This is made out of genuine leather and will probably be enough to prevent your iPhone from getting damaged. You can easily find in the retail package a crystal screen protector. Also more-thing offers the Vintage leather collection for $32.90 price tag. Next on the customers likings is the Twine lite collection. At its core this cases are made out plastic, but their finished with synthetic leather. More-thing offers six colors, such as silver, gold, white, red, black and navy.

These cases also sport an interesting pattern, carbon fiber. Because the Twine lite cases sport a clip on style, you can easily imagine that you will get instant access to all ports and controls. Just like in the previous collections, this collection also includes a crystal screen protector in the retail package. You can find it on the more-thing portfolio for about $29.90 price tag. "Com'on Vogue", it is not just a Madonna song any more, it's a style case for iPhone. It is a slip in style case made out of genuine leather, which not only looks fashionable, but also shields your iPhone perfectly.

It comes in four different colors, orange, white, black and brown with complementary stripes based on the main color. This package is offered for $29.90 and it includes crystal screen protector. If you are interested in adding a 3D pattern to your iPhone then the Three-d ex series might just be what you are looking for. At its core this case is made out of plastic but covered with quality synthetic leather. Because it has a clip on style you will easily get access to all ports and keys.

Even more by using the crystal screen protector included you will protect your iPhone form scratches and dust. The Three-d ex series is offered for $29.90 price tag. Before the Three-d ex series, more-thing released the Three-D series available in only black. Also beside the 3D pattern, the case also sports an opening to the Apple logo, making the overall style more impressive. This case is at its core made out of plastic, but comes covered with synthetic leather. This case also sports a clip on style and included in its retail package beside the crystal screen protector a clear logo protector film.

You can find this case on more-thing site for about $29.90 price tag. Next, more-thing offers two collections very similar one to another, the Vintage collection and the Buffalo Collection. The first slip in vintage case is made out of genuine leather and comes with a light brown color. Also included in the $32.90 package is the crystal screen protector. The second slip in style is made out of genuine leather but is shipped with a darker brown color with a nice pattern. The same price tag is also available for this package, $32.90, and it also includes the crystal screen protector. We are now down to the last four collections available in the leather series, the Twine collection, the Shocking collection, the Classic Collection and the Leather Original Plus collection.

The first one, the Twine collection, is rather similar to the Twine lite collection. However, it lacks the nice style and it makes your iPhone look to big. At its core is made out of plastic covered with the same quality synthetic leather, added with a unique carbon fiber pattern. If you are looking for the best iPhone protection, then this hard case might just be what you are looking for.

Because it offers such a great protection more-thing increased its price tag to about $39.90.the Shocking series might just be to shocking for you and me, but it's sure got its customers out there. Its available in two colors, shocking yellow, and outrageous pink. Is made out of quality patent leather, and offers a hard shell felling. This case will absorb any shock coming to your iPhone any time soon. Also included in the $32.90 price tag is the crystal screen protector. If you are a business man or a business woman, then you might want to take a look at the Classic collection.

This collection will improve your etiquette, thanks to the excellent genuine leather offered in white, red and most importantly black. For the $34.90 price tag you will also get the crystal screen protector. Last but not least, the Original plus collection is available in three colors, red, white and black. It is made out of synthetic leather and it has a hard shell look which will be appreciated by anyone who is looking to offer for its iPhone the best protection. For $34.90 price tag you also get the crystal screen protector included. Overall, more-thing offers, not cheap solutions, but excellent solutions for you to not get bored of your iPhone 3G. By doing so, maybe more people will understand that life is not great only when you buy new devices, but also when you start enjoying everything you have in your life.

The only explanation that I can give you regarding to the continuous change of tops on the App Store is the constant flow of new applications. It is obvious these new applications will always determine people to download them, improving and consolidating their position on App Store, only for a few days. This process goes in both Business Category and Games Category. However, the top free applications, is more shifting then the top paid application. This is due to the current economy, which is bounding people to purchase less. Therefore, today, October 5, 2009, we are going to take a look at the top three free games on App Store that you can download and install on your iPod touch or iPhone without worrying about prices.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->

The winner of today's top is what else than a Storm8 LLC game. Released on September 10, 2009, by Storm8 LLC "Zombie Live - 10 Loyalty Points" is a social network game which will provide a good quality user experience. This game was developed for iPod touch (keep in mind you need a stable internet connection in order to play this game) and iPhone running both second and third operating system for the iPhone mobile platform. The game begins in a cold morgue, in a late night, when, well you "arise". Yes, you are a zombie, not Resident Evil - zombie with no brains but just hunger.

Even so, the hunger is in your veins, but you can easily think and plan all your next steps. Soon you will feed on your first humans, the morgue attendants. I don't know why this sounds so good, even better than being a vampire. So, you begin your new "life" as a zombie newborn. Your goal is to successfully become the crypt lord, by just creating your horde and bringing into it as many zombies that want to follow you; in the mean while attack your city and lay terror on it. Be careful, because in the city you will have to fight the vampires from the other Storm8 LLC game, "Vampires Live".

Because this is a social network game, you will join over 2.2 million players. Your strategy has to be flawless and your luck at hand, because you will have to fight both zombies and vampires to become the most terrorizing creature in town. Depending on how efficient you are as a zombie you will successfully improve your abilities and your strength. About strength, you really need to improve it in order to survive stronger actions.

"Zombie Live - 10 Loyalty Points" provides good graphics and excellent sounds. You should bring the same game play as the one used in "Vampires Live", bring your fiends into your horde to make it stronger. And another excellent feature is that Storm8 LLC will provide you free of charge with all updates that are to come. The conclusion is quite clear, another excellent social networking game form Storm8 LLC, which must not be missed.

The second game on the top three free games is "Beer Pong Beirut" a drinking game which is not exactly something to put on App Store, but hey it is in our top, so it must be something fun. Released on February 04, 2009, by seller Corey Ledin, "Beer Pong Beirut" just reached our top, making its journey quite long. The game play is rather well stupid. You and your opponent will battle by drinking all your opponent's cups. The first one to win is the first one who drank all the cups. The latest version, 1.5, is the third one released for this game and it will put you into Corey shoes. You will have, not only to drink all the cups, but also to watch out of the drunken meter. Also, you have to through a ping pong ball into your enemy's empty cups.

As drunken you get as harder it is to too aim the cups. Overall, this game provides acceptable graphics, good sound effects, and nice music. Also you can choose to turn of the sounds in case you get nausea and just listen to your very own playlists. The controls are intuitive, by just tapping on the cup you want to drink or shoot at. You get no difficulty modes, no achievements, and no repayable value. However, if you are interested into scoring the best time, you should now, that the best time, by now, is 38 seconds. Therefore, if you like this game play, have fun trying to beat the best time. The third game on the top three free games is actually a simple, rather limited but fun game. On September 18, 2009, seller Robert Stewart, under the App Tech Studios umbrella released "Stick Escape Lite", a funny game about a stick family (yes a family made out of stick people) that must be saved against the weather storms.

"Stick Escape Lite" was created for the iPod touch and iPhone running the second and third generation operating system for iPhone mobile platform. Basically the game play is quite fun. On one night the storm appears out of nowhere passing through the peaceful city Stickville. You mission is to keep all the stick people safe until the morning. In order to do so, you just have to control their movements using your controls (just that on a stick people to change its direction).

The game increases its difficulty in time, and also introduces new crazy stick people, like Junior, who in storm time is climbing up and down a ladder. Beside the regular game play you also get another three levels for you to play in most confidence that if you choose to drawn Mr. Stick into water or lava, no one in Stickville will find out (after all this is an extra mission, do whatever you like). Anyway, the storyline is catchy and the game is fun. The graphics are, well simple and the sounds limited. But hey, it a free funny game with four different characters, seven levels, which will definitely make you pick up your iPod touch and iPhone and just play without stopping. Therefore, the top three free games on App Store, is made today out of one social networking game, and two simple games, one for alcoholics, and the other ones for anyone who wants to have simple fun.

Style is the ultimate frontier. You can have the best product into the world. If it lacks style it is just a waste of time. For now, we all have to go with this direction, the "visual attractive" direction. Let's face it, we don't just want to look good, but we also want to have stylish things, clothes, shoes, device, gadgets, houses, apartments or even cars. Basically is the way society brought us up, with the desire to look good and buy attractive stuff. Apple products are attractive in any way you might look at them. Unfortunately, once you pay for them so much money, you want to secure your investment by buying a cover or cases. By doing so, you will cover the best feature of your Apple device, its looks.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->

Therefore, you must balance between keeping your beautiful device unprotected, or cover it and ruin its design. In case of the iPhone, either 3GS or 3G, the problem of securing it in style has vanished. Just Google "more-thing" and you will understand why style and protection wok hand in hand for the new iPhone. You can easily find style cases for iPhone (both 3GS and 3G model) from almost 20 different modes.

It is needless to say that every model in particular is available in different colors or patterns, making the more-thing portfolio even more impressive. As an overall look, all these cases are divided into four important categories metallic series, silicone series, leather series, and jelly polymer series. The first series, metallic series sports about three different style cases.

The newest of them all is the engraved edition line. These cases are available for both iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G. Therefore, if you currently own a 3G and you are planning to upgrade to 3GS you can easily order already the case you want. You get two different colors, each of them with two patterns. Therefore, the engraved edition series contain four different cases for your iPhone. At its core this case is made out of anodized plastic with metallic finishing. It looks perfect on your iPhone and it is really easy to put it on or take it off without damaging your Apple phone. Also available in the retail package are one crystal screen protector, the microfiber cleaning cloth and one mirror screen protector.

Because everything comes with a price, the engraved edition case has an asking price of $32.90. The second metallic edition case is the Noel collection. As the previous case, the Noel case is at its core an anodized plastic. The clip on style is really efficient and provides a good user experience. It's available in four colors, red, silver, royal blue, and dark gold. This case has a back opening the lets your Apple logo show itself. Also included in the retail package are the crystal screen protector, microfiber cleaning cloth, mirror screen protector and clear logo protection film.

The retail package is available at $29.90 price list. The last but not least metallic series case is the eternity collection. It is basically the same in terms of looks and package with the Noel edition. The only difference is that you can choose from only two colors, merlot or titanium. This case is also available an asking price of $29.90. Overall, the metallic series includes the most stylish cases on the market for iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.

The second most appreciated series from more-things for the iPhone is the silicone series. However, this series is not as unattractive as you might think. The first available line in this series is the Swirling Series. As the other cases, this case is also compatible with both modern iPhones. It is made out of pure silicone, making it odor free. This case is also dust proof and anti static proof. Just like the Noel collection and Eternity collection, the Swirling series provides a clear space, so that everyone can see the Apple logo on the back of you device. Included in the package is only the clear logo protection film. You can choose from 12 different colors.

This series is offered at $12.90 price tag. The second line of cases in this series is the Ultra Slim silicone case. It is made under the exact composition as the previous one making it odor free. What is really nice is that this case is really slim for a silicone case. It is also durable and tear resistant. You don't get anything is in the containing package (which is delivered for $11.90).

This silicone case is also available in 12 different colors: tomato, orange, pink, blue, green, yellow, black and others. This series doesn't exactly contain three case models, but it does offer a substantial pack for the Swirling series. A 10 combo pack with different Swirling cases (in color department) is a available for only $69.90. More-thing also released several cases which can't be integrated in any series. In this article I have already presented you two important series in the more-thing portfolio. Because the leather series is made out of 11 series, it will be part of a future article. The jelly polymer series is represented by two collections, the HEX color collection and the hand woven series.

HEX color cases are compatible with both iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. There are eight available colors such as clear, black, pink, purple, lemon and others. The pattern is truly unique, the HEX cases sporting a hexagon pattern. At its core this case is made out of hydrocarbon Polymer. By using this material the case will improve the phones resistances in shocks and bumps. Included in the package is also the crystal screen protector.

The HEX color case is available at $22.90 price list. The hand woven series is very interesting. Although is made out of semi transparent soft polymer it still sports an excellent woven pattern. This case is available in four colors, crystal, marine, raspberry, and midnight. Just like the HEX color cases, the hand woven cases offer a good protection against shocks and bumps. This is one of the most durable cases you can find for your iPhone. You also get the crystal screen protector in the retail package (which is available for $22.90 price list). Overall, the more-thing cases are exceptional. They merge style with functionality offering the best fashion protection for your iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.

App Store provides millions of applications in more than ten different categories. It is needless to say that you need some time to find a specific application in the App Store database. Even so, for many customers and users it is easier to keep checking the top application offered for both paid application and free application. Today, on October 02, 2009, App Store has three different games in top three paid applications. First prize goes to "Skee Ball", on the second sport you can find "Frogger", and last but not least, "Dungeon Hunter".
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->
The first two applications are nice simple games offered for a small price tag, while the last application is a complex game offered with a higher asking price. As you have probably imagined "Skee Ball" is a great game providing you one of the greatest user experience by using 3D graphic accelerator and realistic prizes. Released by Freeverse Inc on App Store, under the Games category on September 19, 2009, "Skee Ball" became in the shortest time possible a best seller (or purchased, or downloaded).

free-ipod-downloads
You can currently find "Skee Ball" on App Store with the latest version 1.0 at a price list of $0.99. "Skee Ball" is compatible with both iPod touch and iPhone running the second or third version of operating system for iPhone mobile platform. This is a classic American game delivers right on your Apple device. The game play is obvious, your missions being to successfully roll the ball up the ramp into one of the holes. By doing so you can get points, win tickets or unlock special items. There is almost nothing to learn about this game. You will, however, learn to love "Skee Ball".

free-ipod-downloads2
The controls are intuitive and don't actually involve any special training. Just slide your finger on the touch screen to put the ball into motion. Try to obtain the best score you can and add it on the Plus + Network to compete with your friends or anyone you might want. Also, you can challenge anyone by using your score, or achievements, and even leader boards. By purchasing and installing "Skee Ball" on your iPod touch and iPhone you get to have the most modern game of 100 years old.

The second game on the top three paid applications, "Frogger", was released on August 01, 2008 by Konami Digital Entertainment. You can find "Frogger" on App Store under the Games category with the current version, 2.0.0, on sale for $0.99. "Frogger" is a classic arcade game developed for iPod touch and iPhone running the second or third operating system of the iPhone mobile platform.

free-ipod-downloads3
The game play is funny. Your mission is to guide the frog through the cars and trucks on a highway. You have to make sure the fog avoids the traffic and successfully crosses the street. The graphics are nicely done, the controls are intuitive (you only have to tap the touch screen into the direction you want your frog to hop), providing a good user experience. On the third stop on the top three paid applications we can find "Dungeon Hunter". The current version of "Dungeon Hunter" was released on September 14, 2009, on App Store under the Games category. Its seller is none other than "Gameloft" S.A., meaning that "Dungeon Hunter" is an excellent game without any doubt.

The current version, 1.4.0, is offered at a listing price of $6.99 being compatible with iPod touch and iPhone running the second and third operating system for the iPhone mobile platform. "Dungeon Hunter" is a 3D game, with an excellent story line, and the great game play that Gameloft always includes in their masterpieces. The story line provided includes the story telling of how Gothicus land was covered with darkness, unleashing all sorts of evil creatures and soldiers. By playing every mission you will piece by piece regain your memory in order to understand the situation and find the evil queen that keeps the land under terror.

free-ipod-downloads4
One of the best features of this game is the Gothicus construction. The land is big and it doesn't constrain you to follow a certain path. You will not only defeat your land, but also kill the enemy, and explore the castle to find the evil queen. A nice, but weird, touch is the faerie help. You are being given a faerie to help you improve your powers, to help you heal and to ask for advice when you feel stuck.

Also, the game offers more than one character you can play with. Therefore, it is needless to say, you are going to play this game more than once. You can choose from a Rogue, or a Knight, or even Mage to create your own character. Just select what skills and powers your character has to have and start the game. By playing more, your progress will be saved. With every enemy killed you will get points, which will help you improve your powers and skills. All the weapons and armors can be bought from the merchant. By doing so you can change your character on the go, in case you are unhappy with the first choice you have made. So, you get great graphics, excellent game play, consistent soundtrack with real sound effects, all delivering the ultimate user experience.

The controls are quite simple to use, because you will get an on screen controls with a fully directional circle to the left and weapons, life and other status in the right. "Dungeon Hunter" is one of the best new RPG games on App Store. And in a few days it will probably be the best paid application on top three paid games on App Store. However, it is not easy to always keep a track with the current positions. All the applications on today's top three paid games are very well appreciated by the customers. Even more, all of them are almost bug free not allowing your iPod touch or iPhone freeze. However, for a better game experience you should play "Dungeon Hunter" on the third generation of iPod touch or on iPhone 3GS.

Apple iPod Review

posted in news, by BindApple

With all the Microsoft publicity lately, regarding their software products and media players, I am kind of wondering if anyone paid enough attention to the current iPod devices launched or refreshed last month. Everyone is expecting right now, new Apple devices (the Mac tablet), or refreshed MacBooks (although Apple is not going for a full refresh, rather than a new lining up in terms of nowadays specs and prices), new iMacs, and also refreshed Mac Pros. Until the media event, and announcement, we still have to see how Apple successfully added in terms of specs and not design six (yes 6) iPod models in their line. You are now probably wondering what else is there beside iPod shuffle, iPod nano, iPod classic, and iPod touch.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->
The answer is pretty clear, the special edition iPod shuffle with polished stainless steel, and the second version of iPod touch with only 8 GB. Let's take a look by using a comparison analyzes of what this iPods have to offer to final customers. In terms of capacity the smallest flash memory I offered by the regular iPod shuffle with only 2 GB. This memory is enough for about 500 songs (long of 4 minutes and encoded in AAC with 128 Kb per second). The regular iPod shuffle offers also a 4 GB version, just like the special edition iPod shuffle, flash memory capable of including up to 1000 songs (using the same encoding variables).

apple-ipod-review
Moving on to the iPod nano, we can find two memory versions, an 8 GB version and a 16 GB version. The first one can sustain about 2000 songs or 8 hours of video (encoded in H.264 at a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels with audio using AAC and 128 Kb per second, and not more than 1.5 MB), while the 16 GB memory flash iPod nano can store about 4000 songs or 16 hours of video. The 8 GB iPod nano is a direct competitor in terms of capacity with the old but kept version of iPod touch which for the same 8 GB memory can store only 1750 songs (lower value than

The third generation of iPod touch brings two storage memory capacity, the 32 GB memory and the 64 GB memory. The first one provides sufficient space for 7000 songs or 40 hours of video, while the 64 GB version enables storing up to 14000 songs or 80 hours of video. Probably the most efficient (in terms of storage) media player on the market is iPod classic offering about 160 GB memory storage, which allows you to save up to 40000 songs or 200 hours of video. For the only audio players, iPod shuffle and its special version provide about 10 hours of audio playback. For the rest of the iPod lines, the audio and video playbacks are quite impressive.

The iPod nano can play in audio mode up to 24 hours or in video mode up to 5 hours. Both iPod touch 2nd generation and iPod touch third generation provide about 30 hours of audio playback and 6 hours of video playback. The values provided by iPod classic are not as far as you might think from the iPod touch's values, about 36 hours in audio playback or up to 6 hours in video playback. If you are a colorful person then turn your attention to either iPod shuffle or iPod nano. You get up to five distinctive colors in the iPod shuffle and seven different colors in iPod touch (plus two Apple Store Exclusive colors).

The special version of iPod shuffle and both generations of iPod touch bring the black and stainless still back to fashion. Also the iPod classic is available in monochrome front covers. The retail packages of all the iPods include basically the same stuff. Both versions of ipod shuffle are shipped with earphones with remote (no microphone), and the USB cable. The new generation of iPod nano brings beside the earphones the USB 2.0 cable. The same package as iPod nano has the iPod classic, while the 2nd generation of iPod touch includes earphones, dock adapter and the USB 2.0 cable.

The last but not the least, the iPod touch 3rd generation packs earphones with remote and microphone, dock adapter and USB 2.0 cable. In terms of size and weight it is pretty obvious whish iPod is the thinnest and smallest of them all. The normal version of iPod shuffle has a height of 1.8 inches (or 45.2 mm), wide of 0.7 inches (17.5 mm), deep of 0.3 inches (7.8 mm), with a weight of 0.38 ounce (10.7 grams), while the special version of iPod shuffle weights about 0.61 ounces (or 17.2 grams). The present generation of iPod nano has a height of 3.6 inches (90.7 mm), wide of 1.5 inches (38.7 mm), deep of 0.24 inches (6.2 mm), nano weights about 1.28 ounces (36.4 grams). Both second and third generation of iPod touch come with a height of 4.3 inches (110 mm), wide of 2.4 inches (61.8 mm), deep of 0.33 inches (8.5 mm), the touch weights about 115 grams (or 4.05 ounces). By now you probably guessed that iPod classic is the biggest and heaviest iPod.

The classic comes with a height of 103.5 mm (or 4.1 inches), wide of 61.8 mm (or 2.4 inches), deep of 10.5 mm (or 0.41 inches), iPod classic weights about 140 grams (or 4.9 ounces). The fastest charging iPod is the iPod shuffle with 3 hours, next is the iPod nano with a little over 3 hours, while the classic and all touch versions charge their battery to the full in 4 hours. Last but not least on the features list is the display. The shuffle lacks any kind of display, while the iPod nano offers a 2.2 inches TFT display.

The classic includes a 2.5 inches color LCD with LED backlight, while both second and third generation of iPod touch brings a 3.5 inches widescreen multi touch display. Regarding the price tags, the shuffle is the most affordable with only $59 for the 2 GB imbedded memory (perfect for active persons, for jogging, hiking, and other activities, without having to worry yourself over the well being of your player), the nano starts from $149, perfect (especially now with the video camera) for everyone who want an ultraportable iPod ready to entertain. The touch is offered from $199 for the 8 GB second generation, and $299 for the 32 GB third generation (perfect for anyone who want movies and games offered on a touch screen player), while the iPod classic is offered for a price of $249.

The iPod classic should be a mandatory purchase for anyone who wants to keep in a separate storage all their audio files and movies. If you find it too hard to take with you just keep the classic indoors and go outdoors with a nano. Everything is possible, that is probably what Apple is trying to suggest to all of us, their customers. Looking at the iPod line over the years, I am wondering when different design iPhone models will appear on Apple's portfolio, because as you've probably observed, Apple already has two iPhone models currently on sale, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. I am guessing by next summer we are going to be surprised in a good way by Apple, especially now with the return of Steve Jobs.
